An app that has all my data is broken
I’ve had this app for over 10 years and have had no problems until this year. I purchased the app for no ads as well as the full experience instead, I have a limited access to that I used to track concerning my cycle. I wish the developers would rectify this and update the app to its full capability. I’m not sure what happened.

Stopped Being Usable
I have used and loved this app for years. I don’t care about the ads. You sit through them, hit the X, and then record what you need to record. The user interface is easy to understand and the app does a good job being informative without being annoying. HOWEVER, recently the X to get out of the ad when it’s over has been replaced with the word Close and it DOESN’T WORK. It doesn’t matter how many times you hit Close. The ended ad doesn’t close. You can exit out of the app and restart it and the next ad won’t close either. So, this app no longer functions.

Don’t give them your data
Tons of unnecessary ads, basically unusable, extremely disappointed and I don’t feel comfortable with them having access to my private medical data now. Would not recommend it all.
I thought my purchase removed ads?
I’ve been using this app for over a decade. I just opened it today and it now plays video ads between every interaction. It’s absolutely unusable now. What am I paying for? Restoring purchases does nothing.

Ne fonctionne plus
Fidèle utilisatrice depuis 2011, voilà qu’en avril 2026, je ne parviens plus à enregistrer mes périodes car impossible de fermer la première publicité de l’application. C’est regrettable : je vais devoir me tourner vers une autre application.
Loved until Tech Problems
Currently I can’t find a way to request technical help or provide feedback other than a public review. Even the app-store help link is useless for reaching out. There used to be at least an email we could use before…please fix!
It didn’t always have ads without a subscription, and that it does it keeps forgetting that I’ve already paid for the year (forcing me to watch more ads between buttons). Extremely frustrating.
Its basic functions are very helpful though, being able to create icons for custom symptoms has allowed me to better track my overall health better. Its hugely why I was able to get diagnosed (and get surgery I really needed) less than a year after problems started (I was able to track how my pain more than tripled compared to last year patterns). It also gave me solid data to advocate for myself with, since my diagnosis wasn’t a common one (especially for my age).

Sharing data
I don’t understand why you can’t share data with Apple health. It’ll be greatly appreciated if you could actually add a feature so that it is a two-way connection instead of only Apple health being able to share information with iP. The only share option you have is printing off or emailing a copy to yourself. It would be much better if you could integrate the apps together and share information simultaneously instead of the information from iP . Being blocked going to Apple health.

Ridiculous amount of ads
You literally can’t do anything or look at anything without another ad.
Newest update missing features
Been using this app for 16 years- love it! Newest update is missing some features and the feedback link is almost impossible to find. When tracking fertility the options for cervical fluid, position etc. are not toggling. Please help!!
The fertility function is not working
I can no longer select cervical fluid types—the bar shows “none” in gray now. It was a great feature for clearly observing fertile fluid!! Is it a bug? Or it’s just not working anymore?
Subscription = BROKEN
I have had a subscription for years but suddenly the app is pushing an insane number of disruptive ads and encouraging me to subscribe (despite having just paid for this moth).
I click “restore subscription” and the screen turns green and the app crashes. The app is unusable without a subscription so if this continues I will be reporting this app, canceling my useless subscription, and migrating to an app that is better run.

Cannot enter any data now
After the recent update I am no longer able to add ovulation test results or any results other then bbt in the fertility section
Broken App
I have used this app for as many years as I can count since it’s existence and now I’m unable to track my fertility as well as my symptoms as those options have been grayed out I purchased the app thinking that it was due to an excessive data that caused a limit, but even after the purchase of the app, I still am faced with this issue. There’s no option to provide feedback or troubleshoot or. Of any sort, please fix as I have years worth of data that I’m not willing to migrate.

Can’t close ads, waste of time
I’ve been using this app for years and it was great! Lately, it became impossible to close their ads to actually see anything in this app. I went looking for another app and found a better looking and fully functioning app. This is how you lose loyal users.
