App sucks
The app and the website both don’t allow you to make an account. It just loads and loads and nothing happens. Waste of my damn time. Never using this app or theater again.

Error while loading the app. Error signing in. Errors everywhere. App is garbage.

Blocks all VPNs
Ipic is one of an increasing number of apps that, instead of making their own site safe, resorts to cheap tactics of blocking any and all VPNs, including local IP addresses (so we can’t keep ourselves safe). As a consequence, I will not longer be patronizing this theater.
The worst app on the internet
Let me preface this by saying I love visiting IPIC Theaters and it’s a shame that they’re atrocious app makes it so difficult to buy tickets. I don’t know where to begin with the litany of issues there are with this app. When it comes to putting your payment info in it does not allow you to enter a state. It says the state will auto populate once you put the ZIP Code in but without fail this never happens. Apple Pay does not work on this app. Login is always a nightmare. Genuinely the worst app I’ve ever used. They never seem to release any updates or fixes.

AMAZING APP!
This app was so easy to use and is just my favorite app on the app store right now… Sometimes I just open the app to look at it in all its glory. Something about it is so prestine. So beautiful. Sometimes I cant even sleep because of this app, but when I can sleep… I dream about this app.

Awful. But what can you do
This app needs serious help. Basic modern features are just not there. I mean it’s serviceable, (barely) just a horrible experience.
Great app
Everything works as it should. No difficulties logging in. You can’t have people who don’t know technology writing reviews.
Poor login experience
Doesn’t work with password managers like 1Password because it doesn’t allow copy/paste. Then if you try to leave the app (to check your password) it resets what you’ve typed making it super difficult to login with any sort of secure password.
Please add buying food to app!
The app barely works as it did before. Can no longer make bookings in app. Would love for this to be fixed. Would really appreciate the option to purchase the food from the app and pay on the app. It would make going to Ipic so much more enjoyable, for me to make my own order when I arrive or even for a Togo order.

No copy and paste
It doesn’t work with Apple passwords and doesn’t even allow copy and paste. Not gonna support this establishment because this app is so bad
Login Issues
The app logged me out and when I try to log in, it keeps saying invalid although give changed my password and everything. I can log in to my account with the same “invalid” information on my web browser. Make it make sense…

I have changed my password repeatedly. I still can’t login and stay logged in. Disaster.
Horrible App Design
The app doesn’t allow you to copy/paste my password. I use a password manager (1Password), so my passwords aren’t memorable or easy to type out. What’s worse, if I switch between apps to type in my password manually, it clears out what I typed in when I come back. The only feasible was to work this is to create a simple and insecure password. It’s so bad, I almost don’t even want to support the company and go out of my way to a lower-quality theater because the app is so bad from a security standpoint.

The old app returned
The previous version of the app design and technology has been reinstated, and it's more problematic than before. I frequently encounter issues with being logged out unexpectedly, and the user interactions are not seamless. Additionally, there is a persistent issue where my ticket selections are continuously reset.
