It says I get a daily bonus But I never get it, so it’s not doing what it’s supposed to and this is disappointing

The game was great for the longest time, fair amount of wins and losses. Then you build up your totals, and you’ll lose on the slots 20-30 times in a row, win a little and then lose more and more. I’m sure it’s to get you to buy tokens, after a while it’s not fun anymore. Yes it’s a free game, but certainly doesn’t make me want to go to the casino.

Other casinos do not take funds to play. It’s all free and you also can use the points at the facilities. Also some of these games crash while in bonus mode and you don’t get the points on this app

This app app horrible, when you spin the wheel it NEVER lands on anything higher than 2500 coins, and in games where you gotta choose 3 of the same objects to win a prize it’s ALWAYS the lowest prize, they programmed the game this way so people would buy coins to play the game, it’s a complete ripoff and y’all deleted my review off the google play store, terrible game just like their casino! Do yourself a favor and don’t download or spend money on this rigged app!

Can’t play most games
I’ve played for a long time, my favourite games are Video Poker and Keno. The website went down a few days and I couldn’t log on, so I lost my daily spin bonus because it reset to day one. I finally was able to get on but the maximum bet suddenly went to 50 credits where I was playing 500. Customer service pretty much useless, said it was back but it wasn’t and still isn’t. So I downloaded the app and now my favourite two games are not listed under favourites and there isn’t Keno or Video Poker on the app and 95% of the slot games are not playable. Totally frustrating so if it doesn’t get straightened out I will be done with iplaySeneca.

Login issues
Iv been trying to contact someone about this app having login issues. I have not been able to login for a few days now. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, nothing fixes the issue.

Terrible Customer service
I paid for 125k in chips not only did I not get the chips, they said because I had the application it was between me and Apple. Apple said it was sent they said it was not!

Worst hourly payouts ever
Spinning the wheel is the least exciting thing in the world. Not enough credits to even play for 30 seconds.

This is a ridiculous casino app. You spin a wheel for tokens and you can actually predict what you’ll get. I hate when they’re “free” but are so tight in their effort to force you to buy tokens. Guess their casino must be broke 🤷🏼♀️
