Great practice!

Grateful for iPromise, bringing the practice home. Been using and gifting this app for four or more years. Did iOS 12.1.2 break the audio? Can’t hear anything.

Now 2023. Still love the app and the teacher. App is broken won’t play video!

Video not working

Video is not working, it was working yesterday! What should I do?

I love it. Simple and clear. I use it when I travel and it always centers me. Beautiful practice.

App did not work

Video does not play, just a long audio intro which he calls a movie but there is no movie.

Feel so Great

I just finished my first week back on the Promise after an injury and I feel great! It is such a gentle and nurturing practice to start each day, while building strength and flexibility too. Thank you Mark!!!

The audio on this app does not work. I’ve closed and reopened, restarted my phone, all to no avail.

Good Intention But Lacking Functionality

The yoga exercise is good but the app is very basic and simple. If the intent is the power of making a promise to do 7 minutes of yoga everyday for 3 months, why not include a simple tracking mechanism on how many days have been completed, and how many more left to go?

A Frustrating Start

Mark is an inspiring instructor, and I was lucky enough to attend a recent workshop with him which led me to this app.

The practice is great--quick, easy, and grounding. A great start to the day!

But, the video is not cued well--the narration doesn't transition well from one pose to the next, so you're playing catch-up instead of focusing on your breath and movement. That is frustrating and inhibits the flow of the practice, so I think it's taking a bit longer to learn it.

That said, I'm almost there and glad to be doing it!

Simple and beautiful.

A helpful and simple tool to use to keep a daily yoga practice. First, the video on this app definitely has sound. Second, yes you could just watch a YouTube but all you have to do is push one button and get uninterrupted instruction from Mark without adds and other distractions. I love it. Thank you Mark!

Good practice, not worth the price

I saw mark talk once and he is an amazing man. I wanted to check out the app and learn this practice. It's a great practice and I recommend that part, but the whole app is one, pretty poorly constructed app that includes only one video that you could probably see on you tube. It doesn't seem to qualify as an app to me and I was left feeling a little ripped off for paying for a YouTube video. Support mark, but maybe if it were .99 or had some other features it would be more worth it.

Doesn't work for me

There is no sound and the video only shows up intermittently. I cannot use this at all....

Love it!

I have found this practice to be very calming and grounding. It helps me feel whole and nurtured. My sister has been doing this practice for 3+ months every morning, and I can truly say I believe it has sparked and great shift in her consciousness. She is more comfortable and content in Her own skin. Do yourself a kindness and try it for a week, or more!

Amazing before iOS7

The video no longer works which is essentially the app.

Luckily I had been doing the promise months before iOS7 was released, so i have the routine memorized, which is life-changing.

Please update the app so others can benefit.
