Undeveloped apps and absolutely not user friendly
Poor search functions
I the frequent user of the apps prior to the apps upgrade / revamp, unfortunately The apps has become so user unfriendly after the upgrade, the search functions for locations or projects doesn’t appear as required.

Mostly the agent don’t to reply and some of the unit are rented out already. Look like this app is not helping people to find the house for rent and it is so frustrating👎
Can your enhance you filter feature?
I was searching a house for rent under 1k. and after filter result all showing rent room under 1k. if dont have house under 1k for rent is okay dont waste my time to keep scrolling your stupid apps.

I am appalled by the deceptive practices on your platform. A recent listing by Mr. Gordon Lim for Sinaran Condominium in Batu Kawan advertised RM1,650 for a fully furnished unit with two carparks. Upon inquiry, I was told the actual price was RM1,800, and the photos were “for illustration only.” This is blatantly misleading.
Adding to this, Mr. Oh Beng Jooi redirected my inquiry to another agent without addressing my concerns. These unethical practices are unacceptable and waste users' time.
I demand immediate action to address these issues and restore the integrity of your platform.

Transaction Data Removed?
In the latest app update, the past transaction data has been removed - which was a very important feature of the app.

Quick response and easy to find the property
Fake listing from imposter
No action taken against those irresponsible agent on fake listing. (E.g. Arunraaj Nadarajan, REN26914 from Propnex Realty Sdn Bhd - JB.)
Many Misleading advertisements
Please take out misleading advertisement on your platform because it makes me feel cheated.
A lot of fake / inaccurate listing
The app should have the feature to report fake or inaccurate listing. Came across many listings, approached the agent only to get reply that they are selling other units or apartments - but with photos and information as “claimed” property.

Stupid app loop
I am using iPhone, App prompts new update available I updated. App reopens after update and still say new update available. While no update option in App Store since it is latest it only shows option to Open. When you open, again only screen new update available. Wow developers!!
Massive Fake ads and Shady agents
There’s a massive amount of fake ads that shady agents use to fish or bait and switch potential clients.
No user controls to filter, report or block these bad agents. So it becomes the Wild West
