I have received spam emails from the never ending surveys I have done with Ipso. This panel is a gateway to other surveys and spam emails that really give next to nothing in return. A person should not have to spend hours unsubscribing to the numerous emails this app generated. Only for them to stop for a month or two and then suddenly start up again. I am on my second round of unsubscribing for 4 days now.

Tried to sign up but there is nowhere to do it. Got a trial product and needed to download the app which I did.

"Failed to connect" when I'm on wifi that's working. This is a waste and I want my $5.
Doesn't work
I was supposed to get an invitation specifically to complete a beauty care survey, but after going thru every survey available to me, it's not anywhere in there. I'm not sure why I even have to search for it. It should just be saved to my profile, noting I was already accepted thru the first screening part. Now I won't be paid for that survey!! This is the second time this has happened to me. Really annoyed!!!

Downloaded and deleted several times and still can’t access the app. Welp.. there goes my amazon gc 🤷🏾♀️

I had the survey on my app to do after I received a product but of course, once again, Ipsos never gives me a follow up survey to get paid for. The survey disappeared and I’ve gotten no emails with one. I’ve emailed them and have gotten no reply. Miserable app and horrible survey company. I deal with a lot also.

You can't even create an account, there is no sign up button or anything, there is just a log in button.
Crashes
I am frustrated with this app. I have needed to log an entry in the app to qualify for rewards within a survey. Unfortunately, every time I try to make an entry, the app force-closes. I emailed the developer and have never heard back from them. Disappointed in customer service.
Crashing frequently
No problems downloading or establishing the account. I got about 80% into my first entry and the app stopped working and then crashed. Since then app will start but once I go to try and log an event the app crashes.
