I wanted to cancel my subscription to IPTV, the tech associate, instead of allowing me to cancel my subscription, try to get me to sign up for some kind for some kind of offers! I am totally disappointed with your company.
New customer
I cannot navigate my IP TV app. I find navigating the app quite frustrating. I paid for the subscription a month ago and have not been able to watch a program in English yet. There is no instructions of help available. I don’t even know how to cancel my subscription. Very frustrating. If I had to do it over again I would not sign up.

I thought this was a free app the way the description read from the developer! You don’t find out until you start setting up that it’s a 3 day free trial then $4.99 charge. Come on people/ Typical bait and switch!!!

I got this app and it was a trial only, I cancel it and I’m been charge $4.99, in my subscriptions it is been cancel but I’m been charge, what can I do so I won’t be charged again..
