When you mark favorites, you can’t find them easily you always have to type them back in. Also it’s hard to start a show over on the iPad.
Canceled the Trial, Still Got Charged!
I downloaded the app and started the 3-day free trial. I canceled the trial and deleted the app from my Apple TV the very next day, well before the trial period ended. Yet, four days later, I was charged $4.99.
This is completely unacceptable and feels very misleading. If the trial was canceled before it ended, there should be absolutely no charge. I did everything I was supposed to do, and I still ended up being charged.
Apple should also review this situation and refund the $4.99 charge. Customers should not be charged after canceling a free trial within the allowed period.
Very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend being careful with this app and checking your account for unexpected charges.
