It’s great But why its not working will sometimes

Hello Smarters Player Lite Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with the app. It frequently freezes or disconnects while I’m watching live football matches. Sometimes the stream stops unexpectedly, and I have to reconnect or restart the app to continue watching.

Could you please let me know:

* Is this a known issue?
* Are there any recommended settings to improve playback stability?
* Is there a fix or update available for this problem?

Very buggy EPG doesn’t work, category scroll bar lags heavily and sometimes won’t let you scroll. It’s cheap and does work but has a lot of bugs.
