I’m experiencing an issue with the app. It frequently freezes or disconnects while I’m watching live football matches. Sometimes the stream stops unexpectedly, and I have to reconnect or restart the app to continue watching.
Could you please let me know:
* Is this a known issue?
* Are there any recommended settings to improve playback stability?
* Is there a fix or update available for this problem?

Very buggy EPG doesn’t work, category scroll bar lags heavily and sometimes won’t let you scroll. It’s cheap and does work but has a lot of bugs.

This app was alwqyy go to app on iOS, fast speedy and worked extremely well, it now moved to an ad based monetisation, this has totally ruined the app, I will not use this until they are removed, you title said it, the best media player, you can now change that to used to be best media player,
Don’t use and support or encourage ad based apps, these needs to be banned period, totally ruins the user experience

If it didn’t crash so much and every time there’s an update, I have to delete and then reinstall, and then you lose all your favorites and all your bookmarks and you have to start all over again. And now with the commercials I mean, come on really.

It takes too long to update the content when other app do it in 20% of the time. Not sure if related to IOS Operating System or the provider itself. Same provided updates 80% faster on Google app and Roku app

Streaming has become impossible. I cleared cache, reinstalled app, and allowed to refresh continuously. Assuming it’s the app and not the service. Not sure.
Latest version
Whatever they did to latest version it sucks. Very slow between menus, playback and channel changes. Even updating playlists. New iPad too so not that. Will be looking for new player
