App with issues
I purchase it for my 2 Samsung TV’s and the issue of it closing the app every time I would channel search I contacted the help department and they would not or could not fix this issue and doesn’t seem to care about the issues and to know I had to pay twice for their the issue so know now about I would suggest not purchasing this app yes I purchase this app twice for 2 different Apple devices and also made known the issue to the developer and as of the update it hasn’t been corrected

Did not load movies
I tried this app. I have IBO Pro on my other iPad. Both have the same look and feel. IBO Pro loaded everything up. TV, shows, movies and series.
Hidden some searches but still see unwanted video thumbnails
I’ve been very happy with Smarters. I’ve used other apps such as Chillio and this one has worked great.
My only gripe is that while I have hidden adult films in the VOD as a category, the thumbnails are still shown.
It really bothers me that I cannot watch the TV with others in my family, or friends, because of fear of seeing a pornography thumbnail during the search in VOD.

Stopped streaming
Suddenly my streaming stopped through smarters pro. No info. No reason , just says epg is unable to play! No solution
