Still works after a few years

Only thing i dont like is the battery will eventually fail and there is no obvious way to replace it. We call that planned obsolescence.
However, i was a paid tester for this device and found it does seem to help with pain. I would compare it to the infratonic chi machines. It is subtle but does seem to do something beyond the placebo effect.
Not sure what happened with the product as the website is still active but the product has not been available for purchase for quite some time.

Very easy to use

This app leads the user through every action with clear instructions and step-by-step guidance. I was concerned it might be complex, dealing with clinical stuff, but it was intuitive and very easy. I am 64 years old and not always adroit with apps.
