No go doesn’t connect
Tried on 2 devices and won’t connect to Solaris

this app will not connect to my Babylock Solaris. When the app opens, it opens directly into the connection part of the app and just spins and spins and never finds my Solaris. This app and my Babylock machine are on the same wireless network. I can connect other things to my Solaris, but this app will not work. Neither will the Babylock IQ Monitoring app.

Can’t find Solaris
APP did not work. Kept resetting my network settings on the Solaris, the APP still could not locate. It looks like the APP is not even supported, last update was 3 years ago.
Does not work on iPhone 14
This app will not connect in my iPhone 14 and my Solaris with 3 upgrades. Apple has assisted me and said to contact the developer. That is not possible through the app. Babylock only offered for me to shut off the cellular service on my phone. That has not worked. So disappointed! It is not on my end because this app works on my iPad.

Disappointed with the app
I had no issues using this app on my Babylock Altair in the past with my Apple iPhone 10 XS Max. I purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro Max. The app won’t work with my new iPhone. My new iPhone meets the operating system and camera resolution. I’ve tried removing the app and adding it again on my iPhone and sewing machine. I’ve done everything the Babylock product support person told me to do.
There has to be a glitch in this app. Babylock has not been of any help… ignoring the issue. This app is long overdue for an update. Extremely disappointed. Rethinking if I will ever purchase another Babylock.
