By far the worst update I’ve ever seen in an app.
This is nightmare
Wow I’m merchants with them so I stuck WTH . This is most stupid password and send code I ever see like any other apps. Who give this apps two star his maybe having drugs lol.
Needs updated it’s 2026 and we’re on windows 95.
App locks up just going through charges. Now dashboard is failing to load.
Hard to refund, have to wait two days to process. Can’t void same day.

Do not use worldpay
Absolutely the worst customer experience. They charge you for PCI compliance where the only way to pass is pay their pci people to tell you how to pass. They created a second evm in my name which charged me for over a year before I realized and they refused to return the money or apologize. Tons of mistery fees. Don’t trust world pay

Bad experience
World pay has held my funds without a clear explanation or release date. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I get canned replies or no response. This has hurt my business cash flow. Poor services, poor communication-would not recommend.
Why even have an app?!
Almost impossible to navigate and freezes literally every time I use it. It's virtually useless.
App is as bad as the company
They can’t even figure out 2FA for the app so good luck logging in. Just another juggernaut corporation who takes your money and provides zero support.

Will not log in after repeated attempts over multiple days
Keep ask reset password all the time
The apps ok. But every time I login try get statements then will ask me change password. I’m running out passwords. Good way to do it every time login just click forgot password then reset , so you don’t have to remember.

I successfully login on computers but in ios app its showing me error.
Calles customer care they dont know anything about they have mobile application. Keep telling me login on computer tablet desktop and leptop.

Cannot log in even with correct password and number they call you to verify.
Horrible
App will no longer allow me to login because of MFA errors. Little to no support from FIS. I think it is time for me to find a better payment provider!

Small Restaurant Business
I can’t even log in. Looked on the website that if I didn’t download the latest app then it will show error. Which it does and the customer service people cant even help 😡🤯
