1990 wants its banking app back
This app looks & feels like it is from 1990. The login process is poor and frequently breaks. The UI is utterly terrible, it feels like United puts no effort into this. The shoddy app is one of the reasons I am moving my biz banking somewhere else.
Worst business bank app
Mobile app is a headache. Just reset my password after not using the app for six months due to issues logging in only to deal with the same issues. Having a business banking mobile app where you can’t actively monitor business finances has a negative impact on the business account. This is a serious issue. Makes me want to do business with a different bank.

Hello? 2009 wants its banking app back…
Seriously difficult to use. Logs me out every week or so. As others say, this is the worst banking app I’ve used. It is absurdly difficult to get to statements that you want to download. The UI makes no sense at all. The app requires an SMS code entirely too frequently. It’s almost like they do not understand how to do security. Worse still, hardly any improvement in the app over the past 10 years.

Company ID
Every time I log into this banking app, I have to enter my company ID. Even after clicking save info on the home screen I still have to enter my company ID and all of my identifying information. Every time I login this app is pointless and useless at times.
Still Quite Poor for 2024
Terrible! This is the worst financial app I have ever used. Someone should send it back to 2014. Tiny fonts and limited functions make this seem it was copied from an example app. A recent “update” is limited to a new font and removing access to statements. I’m not sure how anything was improved. Despite three different credentials and Face ID I am still required to enter an SMS code every time I want to login. It’s difficult to understand how this app could get such high ratings…Are the reviews shills?
