I love the app, especially cause it has many languages and my parents aren’t fluent in English so they prefer watching the shows in Arabic. The only problem is that the app on the tv doesn’t have an option to make the subtitles bigger so it’s hard for my parents to see the titles so hopefully this option would be added in the future 🙏

Sounds are messed up multiple languages at the same time. Also subtitles are not working all the time one screen will have them the next 2 or 3 won’t have them
So many missing shows!
Aside from missing a lot of shows, I hate it when everytime I pause, there's this 5-10sec ad though I paid for VIP. Why would I still get that short ads despite paying for VIP? Short ad just shows up somehow everytime I open the up.. I don't like that. Not renewing for sure
Good shows but tricksy with ads
Extremely annoying that every time I pause, an empty ad covers the screen with a tiny x to close out. Theres legit nothing there so when you go to press play you will press the ad instead. It’s annoying af.
Too much AI
I used to love this app and been a member for many years because they have some good anime shows that I follow. Now I notice they start to use AI to continue those shows and really mass up the momentum of the show and you could really tell all the move and characters are so dead, so disappointing. If this App is starting to get replace by AI for my love of the anime shows, I probably will stop my member since I rather sign up for other platforms that have better shows and not AI.

Great content trash app experience
The content is great (although lots of shows are not available in Australia) but the app functionality is really poor in comparison to basically every other streaming app.

Keeps asking my to join VIP
Have been a big fan of iqiyi, but the app keeps ending my vip membership so then I’m having to resubscribe even tho I pay for the monthly subscription for vip. It tells me that it doesn’t end unless I choose to end the subscription but it keeps ending randomly and I have to sign up for a new subscription! Really irritating!!

Constant freezing
Not sure whether this is a hardware issue or buggy software, but the constant freezing is very annoying. 1080 cannot be used at all, because of this. I use multiple different streamers and have never encountered this consistent problem on any of them.
Very scammy
They double charged me and I had to file a dispute with PayPal. They sent me a code for a free month of premium only for it to be a scam again because I had to pay. The app is terrible anyway.

Works great, some good shows
App works fine, there are some good shows on there, depending on you’re into I guess.
My only complaint is that clicking on the show/movie from the menu/feed starts the show, instead of giving you the trailer and then choosing your episode like other streaming apps do.

I didnt sign up for updating my subscription. And they just took my money without even give me any notifications before i have to pay
Playback not working
It keeps resetting my shows to episode one and I have to manually go in and skip all the way to where I actually was!
