Abysmal
The care company I work for use this system. It is the most infuriating system I have ever used. All our visits have to be recorded on IQ that’s when you can actually get into it. Constantly got problems with it. I have deleted the app and reinstalled I don’t know how many times in the last 2 days just to be able to complete my tasks! Incredibly stressful! One star is being generous the way I’m feeling at the minute!

Map choices
You cannot choose which map app you use. Navigation is the default and only supported map app for IQtimecard IOS. it's not convenient.

Unlike other apps, you can’t see past visits or future for a service user.
The documents are very hard to read when uploaded.
Constantly says you have things to sign off before clocking out, even when they are all done.
Very slow to update. Changes can take hours to appear.
Useless when you have poor reception, it should save to phone and then update when signal improves. It tries to upload everything when you have 1 bar of 3G signal, taking up the majority of the call.
Might be cheaper for companies than other platforms but imagine it ends up costing a lot more once you factor in all the problem solving.

The iPhone gestures don't work with this app, making it frustrating to use.
