App stopped syncing, No support
I have used this app for over 10 years and have paid the premium subscription every year. For more than 6 months the app has stopped syncing and I have tried multiple times to contact the developer with no response. So please think twice before paying for a premium subscription
No app support
Has always been simply terrific but now locked up with no access to data. Support Email only works for resetting pw but was returned as nonexistent email addy when I sent an email saying app was locked up. Had to reset my phone and now reloading apps but this app is stuck on a synchronization screen (for a couple days now). Deleted app and tried again - nada. Nothing available on FB page for support as suggested and do not see another way to reach them. Last info is from several years ago. Disappointing to lose years of reading history and notes. Update: Thankfully I decided to try the former version to capture my data which worked but older app is discombobulated and newer HD app version still says synching and is locked up. So grateful all was not lost and I am able to access years worth of reading. Older app version does not show same stats (ie:annual reading etc) so would like to download info to store in case this happens again. Following instructions for creating cvs file but the link shown goes to blank page. Have subscription so hoping developer will get in touch or respond so it will work.

Can’t access my account
I can’t access my account because my email address changed. I can’t get any help to change it from anyone including Apple

I don’t think this app is supported anymore. It’s a different app for the phone than for the iPad. By paying a fee, the apps will sync, so at least the lists are the same. However, there is no bar code scan in the phone app. And when one wants to add a photo for a book because there is non available online, both apps crash. Just doesn’t work. So I guess I am paying Wonjae Choi $2.99 a year for something old and no longer stable. I would like to find a new app, but it’s daunting to think I have 1000+ books on this app!

Stuck at verification
I have not even been able to create an account it ask for an email for verification, then states that it has been sent but I never get an email verification.
No support
I have been using this app for years. It was one of the first I got for my iPhone. I loved it. Then I got it for my iPad and paid to be able to sync between the two. I could never get it to work. I was able to send an email with my problem and got a quick response, but I still could not get it to work, so I gave up. All of a sudden in December 2020, the app on my iPhone wouldn’t open. When I touch the app, it opens and immediately closes. I tried making sure I had all the Apple updates done. Still doesn’t work. I decided to see if I could get the app to work on my iPad. And it did! And I was able to get it to sync and load all my data. So I deleted the app on my phone, then redownloaded it. Still doesn’t work. So I tried downloading the older app (not the HD). I was able to log in but when it tries to sync, it reaches 47% and never gets any farther. I found a support email and sent my problem to the developer. That was weeks ago. No response. It’s a great app. But I want it on both my iPhone and my iPad. I am paying for that subscription. So where is the support?

Cash problem
With the latest update to IOS 14, the app on my iPad will open but is unresponsive.

Locked out
After using this app for over 10 years I can’t get into my account. Lost info on 1000 books. No response from support.
No longer worth bothering with
I had more than 700 books on this app and had been a premium member last year. Sent several emails to the developer from both devices and he never responded. Never did synch my iPad all year to the reads I had entered from my iPhone.
Then my premium membership runs out so the account is locked. I waited and waited for a 3 part process : sync- archive - device and server to switch to a standard acct with my iPhone. Just froze in process 2 hours on WiFi waiting.
Something seriously wrong here. So I decide to start a new account and begin again for 2020. And the stupid passcode system he makes the new account go through via email by an assigned code does not work either.

Having logged in >100 reads in 2013, the iPod Touch/iPhone version of this app has ranked 'up there' on 1st page apps in spite of its refusal to go universal. I thrilled to hear its developer had finally come round to accommodate the iPad.
In short, it's worth the bucks to upgrade and synch your books over. I had some difficulties hauling in all my reads, but a the developer's prompt and kindly email response with instructions assisted the change-over handily.
Bravo! for a 'sweet' app

Still broken in iOS 13
I’ve loved this app for years, but iOS 13 broke it and it still isn’t fixed. I emailed the developer but got no response.
Adding a bookmark with the percentage dial doesn’t work.
Marking a book on your Now Reading shelf as finished doesn’t remove it from the shelf and sets it back to 0% read.
And there are other problems. I sure hope the developer can fix this wonderful app and make it useful again!

Bookmark not working
Since the IOS 13 update the Bookmark feature won’t save unless I turn off my iPhone and back on, then it shows as saved. Same issue when marking a book read.
I really like the app & have been using if for a long time so I hope the developer fixes this problem.

📚 one of my favourite apps
I love this app I love to read and enjoy using this app to keep a track of my progress. I have been using it for several years and I remain loyal as I have not come across any other app that works as well for a reasonable subscription. Thank you to the developer for providing this app and maintaining it. Thx

Crashes when I try to add photos
I recently purchased it and am pretty happy with its features. But when I tried to add the second photo to a book, it keep crashing. It got stuck to the photo and I cannot get it out of that screen except for turning off the phone.
Great app
I have paid for the Premium App for several years now to keep track of the books I want to read and have read. The Premium app synchronizes books between IPad and IPhone which I find wonderful!
Not Easy to Delete Books
I like the app. It organizes the books perfectly but it is a pain when comes to deleting books. Having to go into each individual book to delete can be very time consuming. That one simple change would take this from a 4 to a 5 star app.
Love it but a crash
I have been using it for several years with satisfaction. By far it is the best book app for me: I can search books or manually enter book information, underline and make note, it also provides statistics about how my reading goes. It works quite seemlessly mostly, but I noticed it crashes when I choose a different year than 2018 in the “statistics” menu. It worked before I updated iOS to version 11. I hope this bug fixed soon!

Was good
This app used to work well but now it struggles to show stats for different years, it doesn’t seem possible to go back and look at number of books read in 2017 for instance ... app just freezes.
