About

Recover smarter. Perform better. iRecover is the recovery app for athletes and coaches in grassroots and amateur sports. Backed by sport science and co-funded by the European Union (Erasmus+ Sport), it connects athletes with their coaches through data-driven recovery monitoring. FOR ATHLETES Daily wellness check-in — Log muscle soreness, fatigue, stress, sleep quality, hydration and readiness to train. Quick, simple, every morning. Recovery tasks — Your coach assigns exercises directly to your app. Watch the video, follow the steps, mark it done. Health metrics — Sync with Google Health Connect for automatic tracking of heart rate, sleep, resting HR, VO₂ max and active energy. Or enter values manually. Progress & streaks — See how your wellness evolves over time and stay consistent with your recovery streak. FOR COACHES Squad overview — Real-time wellness status for every athlete on your roster. Green, amber or red — know who needs attention before training starts. Task assignment — Assign recovery exercises to individual athletes or the whole team with optional deadlines. Compliance tracking — See exactly who completed their recovery tasks and who didn't. Athlete detail — Dive into individual wellness trends, health metrics and task history. FOR CLUBS Club management — One Club Manager account to activate and manage all coaches and athletes. Simple onboarding — Share a club code and your squad is connected in minutes. WHY iRECOVER? Most athletes train hard but recover poorly. iRecover bridges the gap between coach and athlete, turning daily recovery into a measurable, manageable habit — grounded in science, built for real sport.
