Very useful

This app has everything that a British clinician may need to treat serious emergencies. It is intuitive to use, has clear instructions (including drug doses and refractory options), and is frequently updated. A must-have for any doctor or medical student.

Broken

Previously good app, now no guidelines are visible on iOS 12.5, the app needs fixing

App no longer working

I have used this app for sometime and it has always worked well until recently (I haven't accessed it for approx 1 yr). None of the guidelines will load and I continually getting the whirling circle. I have deleted and downloaded the app several times, rebooted my phone to no avail. Totally useless to me now. Shame

Not working

App redownload and updated. Still not working. Urgent fix needed.

App doesnโ€™t work

Stopped working completely after the latest update. Repeated trial to re-download/update not fixing it.

Has never worked since covid update

App constantly updates but shows no content. Have reloaded it 3 times with no success. Very disappointed as previously it worked very well and it is such an important source of information.

Broken

This app has been broken for a couple of months and still not been fixed despite contacting resus council through multiple channels. Really quite poor form given the clinical consequences that may ensue.

No longer working post update

Following recent update app no longer loads any of the guideline/flowcharts - rendering it useless. Similar issue as mentioned by others, getting stuck on a blank loading screen. Using iOS 11. Previous was an excellent app - Please fix!

Not working since recent update

Since the recent app-update the app does not display any content anymore. If i try to access my guidelines it just seems that the app is trying to load the content but does not get anywhere. Used the update button also with no effect. Dry sad as i felt this was a great app!

Update 2.0 - app canโ€™t be opened

After updating version 2.0, the app canโ€™t be opened- it says the app is no longer shared by you and pls buy it from App Store.
So itโ€™s a paid app now?

App not working

Have tried 3 times to download this updated app. Had old app and it worked fine. Since update I only have titles of chapters and blank screen with loading symbol.

Updating regularly

This is the only App that I have found that has a direct link to the Resuscitation Council, I think an app like this if it is to remain live should be updated in accordance with the current clinical guidelines. However if that is not going to be the case it is providing people with different information than what the Resuscitation Council are actually telling them to date, that confuses people and is a recipe for disaster and could cost lives and have people in coroners court being found guilty of doing something they only thought was right.

Almost perfect

Love how responsive it is (because the content is offline). Only problem is that you must open the app after downloading it to update content. What if you downloaded it, expecting it to be up-to-date, then found yourself in an emergency?

Great reference

No longer able to use this App as not supported by iOS 11.2.1.
Sorry just realised had old version open. Love this app - thank you

Great app

I'm a doctor; this is a fantastic little app for quick reference. Very quick and easy to use and has all the necessary information presented clearly and concisely. Essential.

Awesome 2

This and the Life saver apps are great!! They serve as refreshers and span both adult and paediatric life support. I will be regularly revising the guidelines to keep myself sharp and ready to respond. Thank you app developers and Resus Council, great job! This should become an essential app. :)

Paedsreg

Excellent app, fantastic tool for both medical professionals and non medical professionals (especially parents).

Awesome

Excellent app and impressive resource. Thanks.

Everyone should have this

Excellent tool, everyone should have this on their mobile.

Excellent

Excellent app outlining the algorithms for different situations. Using as a medical student as a revision tool in the run up to emergency medicine / trauma exams.
