Junky app
Rented an Iridium. This might have been all the talk of 2014 but the hardware and this app feels antiquated and disconnected. You CAN get satellite coverage to work if you follow linear and unintuitive steps on a technical tightrope. This product is ripe to be improved upon and superseded by a wide margin.

guest user and guest pw dont work just freezes up and says can’t connect. Delete app waste my time
App doesn’t work on iPad or oppo
I can’t log in with the app on my iPad Pro. On my phone I can log in and I get all the signs that I messages are sent, but they don’t go through nor can I see any sent to me. So far I’ve only managed to get the app/device to work on an iPhone 15.

The Iridium Go App could not communicate with my Iridium Go device, despite my iphone 11pro being able to do so via Safari using the device IP address.

After the update - You can do every conceivable maneuver- the App will not connect with the Iphone or the device. Basically a scam

IOS 16.3.1
IOS 16.3.1 I can’t log in with an Iphone13 if I have VPN360 app on my phone. Thats fine I have deleted the VPN app and all is well again.
App doesn’t work on iPad 2
I am using an iPad 2 running the latest software version 16.3.1 and the App opens and goes through intro screens telling all the wonderful things it can do then shuts down before I can access the site to do anything with it. I have deleted and downloaded the App 3 times with the same result each time.
This makes the Iridium Go an expensive, useless piece of equipment if I cannot access it.

Running IOS 16.2 and can no longer log in. Help Please!!!

The app does not work. Running iOS 16.1.1. Have deleted and reinstalled this app. When running it only gets as far as the graphic start up and then crashes. My iridium go now does not have any telephone or other features that this app supplies.

Keeps shutting down
App goes through intro screens explaining all the wonderful things it can do and then
shuts down before it even get to the login screen. Have deleted and reloaded twice. IPhone 11 latest IOS. Works fine with on my other phone which is identical. Very nervous that it will stop working on passage and we won’t have communication!

App will not work on IOS 16
Very very disappointed that the app will not work on my iPhone 12 running iOS 16.0.2 (20A380) as I’m about to set off on an offshore sailing trip.
Only saving feature is that it seems to work on an old iPad Pro v1 running iOS 15.7 (19H12) - but that isn’t optimal in the cockpit of my sailing boat.

App simply doesn’t work - waste of $
You can do every conceivable maneuver- the App will not connect with the device. The device works well, but the Go! App simply will not connect, rendering this useless. Garmin and Zoleo actually work for texting, so I’d go there.

The iridium go app - which is necessary for the operation of the not so cheap iridium go + subscription does not work at all on iOS 16. Definitely tried everything to get it to connect to the device but it just won’t work. This renders the iridium go basically useless.
The mail app and predictwind offshore do work, interestingly enough.
