Cam shooter problems
Apparently it's not compatible with iPhone Cam shooter standard on Apple's Camera app so, when you buy a Cam shooter compatible with iPhone Apple's Camera App it doesn't work with iRIG Recorder.
Malfunctioning audio recording .
Ok so I can’t say anything other then the app worked for few years . I’ve not used it a lot . Anyway today Christmas Eve I decided to record and problems hit . It’s all on the audio capture or how ever you want to say it . Audio wave looks good , vid play back is good but audio sucks . Extremely low play back and clipping abound . I’m using the IRig pro dual with mics settings at 6 . No clipping indicated. So I did a sample based of the iPhone built in mics and it’s the same result . First running iOS 18.6.2 and now iOS 26 or whatever it’s called . IRig app hasn’t been updated in 3 yrs . It really sucks as having a small stand alone daw that video records is a God send only other one out there is Audiogo and you have to use their small
Mics . IRig please fix the app or better yet make a new that can utilize other interfaces . It would sell if fairly priced ! As it stands IRig is dead in the water at least on my end .

Hello, is it possible to overlay one or two more instruments or vocals, when listening to s recording that has already been made?

Their hardware is great but this app really needs an update. It doesn’t allow you to select which back camera you’re using when recording. It would be great if it would allow you to select between normal, telescopic, and wide angle lenses.
