Wi-Fi繋がらず

冷房の試運転時はWi-Fi繋がっていたのに、本格的に使い始めたらオフラインになって使えなくなりました。
初めからやり直してみたら、今度はWi-Fi設定が出来ない。
10回以上やり直してやっと繋がりましたがまたオフライン。
昨年はちゃんと機能していたのに。
スマホで操作出来るから購入したのに残念です。

オフライン

2年前にコジマ電気で新品購入。
2025年6月25日部屋の温度を確認しようとアプリを開くとオフラインに。
出先だったのでアプリ上でできる事をやるも直らず。
部屋のカメラでクーラーを確認したら運転中のライトが着いていたのを確認。
帰宅後クーラーに近ずけたらオンラインに戻る。
2025年6月26日出先で確認したら再度オフラインになっている。
アイリスオーヤマさんどうなってるんですかね？

なにこれ
たった4.5年で使えなくなる機能とかありえません
