Apple is broken and no one to contact
I paid full price, had the picture of my Iris taken, received an email, downloaded the app and tried to create an account which was a dead end. Repeated attempts are met with no success. I may have just wasted a lot of money.

This is my first time hearing about the company, I went into the Panama City Beach Florida location, and was able to purchase three items with an associate. She was very helpful, kind, answered all questions that I had and made the experience very fun and exciting. I cannot wait to receive my jewelry items in the mail and purchase some artwork in the future!

I can’t download the pictures even though I already paid for them

I got the app after visiting the Montreal location on a vacation and I got the app when I got back to the hotel and I logged in and I have had no issues except the screen goes black when you try take a video or screen share on a FaceTime also when you are downloading the app do not use the link or whatever that came with is you have to search the app up manually on the App Store btw

Nothing happens- which as stated by earlier reviews - I would have bought more, but it doesn’t work! 👎🏼

I was told to download the app and nowhere does my iris profile come up to add more orders after my first purchase in Branson

What did I actually pay for?
So… imagine paying €790 for iris photos with the promise you’d receive the digital image as well as the print, only to realise the photo is basically locked inside the app: no screenshots, no way to export it, nothing. I wanted to use our irises as a wallpaper, can’t even do that. Honestly feels like a scam.

Confirmation of sale email. When I open the app to create an account, it says "your iris is unique. Create unique artwork" on a gray screen with nothing else; nowhere to click, nothing to do. Too bad as I would buy more!
