6 years and still waiting

I have been using Iris Works for at least 6-7 years now and this app still doesn’t work. Constantly bugs out and closes. Will we ever get an app?

Needs major updating.

Please fix this app. I can’t do anything through my phone with this and it screws me up when I can get to the desktop to finally use it.

Crashes every single time

Every time to try to click on anything it crashes. Every time. Completely useless app. Get it together IrisWorks! How hard is it to create a functional app in 2024!

Not very streamlined to the online version.

Cant access a lot of the features at all. Love the online version though. Just wish it were more accessible.

The app needs major improvements

I really like the Iris itself. However, as a photographer, we are always working on the go and using our phone for so much of this business, you would definitely think the app has more capabilities. I am really disappointed that web use is the only method at this time.
