When I’m in the city of Philadelphia, this one of my favorite places to eat at. Love their wings and beers.
Need to add gift cards
The app is fine for recording visits & purchases. It would be so much better if digital or physical gift cards could be added. It would make so much easier for staff & patrons.
Never get points
This entire program stinks. It does not automatically give you your points. We have had to reach out to management multiple times with emails to corporate to get our points loaded . I currently have 4 receipts that have not been added to my account. Very frustrating.
Easter dinner
Love the food and service was exceptional. Our server Kaitlyn was knowledgeable, attentive and personable. Would recommend anytime!!
Politics got in the way
Used to be great. Now they cancel booked events that don’t match their political positions.

I love Iron Hill. I even used to work there and still love to eat at Iron Hill often.
That said, this app is kind of awful. For years I’ve used and have seen little to no improvement.
Firstly, apps that don’t allow you to pay with your apple wallet cards seem very antiquated in 2023. I just ordered food and the first two items I wanted for dinner, I was told to remove from the cart because they were unavailable. If the app has access to see what is or isn’t available why isn’t build in a way that doesn’t allow you to select those items for your cart? I feel like people have likely wanted to order takeout from Iron Hill in the past and gave up because the app is frustrating.
I still love Iron Hill but please update this!!!!

Can’t register without a physical card
Trying to register through the app but it doesn’t let me advance unless I have a physical card number to enter. Have never been able to register or order food.
No King’s card, no way to order!
There is no way to place an order without King’s card! Now I paid $20 for the card and waiting till it will arrive in mail to be able to place an order!
App does not allow for new registration
App would not proceed past King of the Hill roadblock.

Great to track rewards but cannot order
The IHB app is great to track rewards but app will not allow user to place an order. User receives error message, Error validating basket.
Redeeming rewards
This option does not work in the app. Please fix it as it is very annoying.
App keeps crashing
KOTH member here so avid user of the app. Was working fine - check-ins, menu, etc but for the last month keeps crashing when trying to open. Crashes instantly. Using iPhone 10XR
Iron hill rocks
Installed the app at the restaurant as per my servers (Taylor) instructions. Immediately saw my available points and all of the functionality of the app is working perfectly. No issues on my end and I will continue to use!

Please add more information about the beverage choices from within the ordering system. The title doesn’t always explain the type/flavor profile. It would also be nice for mobile orders to get surveys, too, instead of limiting those to in-house receipts.
