The team that did this update should go back to school and understand fundamentals. Did testing the app before going live ever come to mind you genius?
Congrats - You Broke the App!
App no longer works. I can’t even log in because it says my phone number is already associated with an account. Which it is. But when I try to log in with that number it won’t let me. I’m stuck and I see by all your other one star reviews, it’s not just me. So looks like I lost my old rewards and won’t get more. Please return the app to what it was before you broke it.

Terrible Update
Not sure why you would update your rewards app and take away the rewards part and make it a separate login? 🤔
I contacted their Customer Service and they gave me a separate link to login to, but had to contact them AGAIN to transfer my existing points, and it’s still very unfriendly to add new (can no longer just scan your receipt) or figure out how to redeem new. I lost my free birthday salad, and it says I have a a new free “welcome” salad but no bar or QR code to scan? Also you should not have to go through 5 separate steps to opt out of the app tracking you. It seems that was the primary point of this update, to force you to a place they can track you. I was a Platinum member but now re-thinking how frequently I will visit if it’s going to be this difficult to keep earning rewards. 😡

Doesn’t Work
Saladworks broke this app and their rewards program and it no longer works.
Awful update
Terrible update. Rewards are gone. No where to add points. Whoever approved this app needs to be fired.
