What happened?
App started out fine (for a few weeks), then everything went downhill. The “most recent orders “ showed are months-old.
Garbage
This app frustrates me because it says it logs me out due to inactivity which is fine but doesn’t let me log in. I think it’s the password but it s not a password issue because I log into the website on a computer just fine. But even after changing the password via app, it still doesn’t log me in. Incredibly frustrating to be paying for the service and not getting good app support.

Can’t even sign in
I use IM Connect for work & can login on the website no problem, tried logging in to the App and all I get is a green banner saying “You were signed out due to inactivity”, would have been useful if I could have gotten logged in first!
Apps keeps having login issues
We are having repeated issues logging into this app. Customer service has been informed and they fixed it the first time but what is the actual issue. It’s very frustrating 😭
Select Priority for Order
The APP requires to Select Priority for an order , however there is no Drop-down or no option to manually enter anything I the Priority field, therefore cannot place an order.
Not okay..
I am new with the company I am currently with and let’s just say, I have over 500 boxes that needs to be picked up with NONE of them written down for bookkeeping plus all the boxes that need to be packed up… I downloaded the app and NONE of the RC codes I am needing are populating so I reached out to my contact for IM and my company and she was informed that IM app is only good for for tracking orders.. This is going to take a lot of time to clean up and get organized.

You can search your records , place orders. Scan barcodes to create boxes and track orders
The Iron mountain mobile app lets you search your records and order them. You can also request digital images of your records. The app allows you to scan iron mountain barcodes and create boxes to be picked up. You can also track your orders and get up to date status notifications.
Can’t search for files/boxes
Should probably say you won’t be able to search the system. Pretty useless without that function.
Can’t Login
Can’t get login at all. I use Iron Mountain in work. Should had registered first but nowhere to register
