Fix your game it doesn’t even work

I was playing and I couldn’t even get into the gym itself

80% glitch

The game is fun and enjoyable but I keep getting stuck at the part where it says win over kittys heart. I went to the pool and took the advice from the girls about wearing medium pants, baseball cap, and sneakers but im still not being able to get kitty. Is there any way u can fix this problem. :)
