About
IRON PROTOCOL turns a daily workout into a game you actually want to open.
You wake on Station Kettlebell-9 with the reactor at 6% and one job: move. Fifteen minutes a day — a short guided circuit of five moves or fewer — charges the core, brings dead decks back online, and decodes the next transmission from MERIDIAN, the station's dry, funny, weirdly caring AI.
It's a real workout under the story. A big countdown timer tells you exactly what to do and when to rest, with voice and haptic cues so you can put the phone down mid-set. Miss a day? No guilt — the door stays open and a grace token has your back.
WHAT YOU GET
- One 15-minute protocol a day — five moves or fewer, fully guided
- Any equipment, or none — every move has a bodyweight or household swap
- A 35-chapter sci-fi campaign that advances one beat per workout, with choices that stick
- Streaks, ranks (Recruit to Legend), milestones, and a reactor that grows with you
- Short on time? A ~4-minute "Quick Charge" still counts
- Logs your session to Apple Health so it counts toward your rings
- Smart daily reminders that only nudge you on days you haven't trained — and stay funny, never naggy
