Not the biggest fan of their platform, issues with fills. Account manager was Brent. Slow to reply and doesn’t always follow up to emails. Please save your time and look elsewhere
Bad company
Horrible platform. Been asking to close my account for weeks and they will not close it. Find someone else to use. Iron beam is not helpful nor a good place to trade with. Zero stars

Not the biggest fan of their platform, but when I had an issue with fills, my account manager and customer service made it right. Would recommend.
STOP DONT DO IT
I repeat do not download I believe Ironbeam high commission expensive fees constant logging out of app not being able to get back in to stop call. They are no good and highly ripoff.
Always Frozen
The app always remains frozen at the login screen and keep giving an error “updating assets”. It’s been months now.
Dishonest brokerage
Im going to keep it short. 90% of the people in this company are very helpful. If you have Alex as your account manager, be careful. he will charge you whatever commission he feels like, contrary to what they advertise for trade and commission fees. He will wait until the very end of the day to accept you wire withdrawal even if you do it first thing in the morning. And their platform is extremely buggy. Avoid this brokerage at all cost, there are several others that are comparable and better with honest management.

So this company has so many glitches ON PURPOSE and they close your trades before your earnings and they also charge you while you lose and while you win massively leaving you nothing but with a chance of losing all your account. Oh and by the way when you try to withdrawn your money from them, they will throw you a bunch of excuses, that makes no sense it’s been several days trying to recover my little bit of money that I left in there. Trust the negative comments guys please please please!!!!! By the way the commissions are insanely high. Go somewhere else, don’t use this broker guys

Pretty Solid
Seemed like it took 4 days for the deposit to settle, but app worked well, desktop version on an explorer looks good. Trading futures is hard, these guys give you free level 2, commission can seem like a lot if you make a lot of low profit trades. Futures are hard. Withdrew some of what I put in, lost some, sorry it seemed like a few had bad results.

Mobile app won’t load on iOS
App does not load on my iPhone. It says “loading workspace” but never actually loads anything. VERY ANNOYING! It literally makes me want to find a new broker because of it.
Do not trust this company
This is a fledgling company that has slick marketing and UI but the backend code and reporting is a mess. Bracket orders executed, then brackets removed! Beginning balance less than the ending balance the prior day with no explanation!
