Quick Mode: short on time or energy? Long press the mode button and pick Trimmed for a shorter session, Mobility for an easy movement day, or Auto-balance for a session built around what you have left in the tank. Mobility days never break your program. Adjust Difficulty: shift your whole program between Easy, Standard and Advanced lifts from the new session menu. It respects your gym's equipment and never touches sets you have already logged. A more forgiving session: undo an accidental session complete right from the celebration screen, reset a session for a clean slate, and edit a weight after ticking a set done. Your workout counter now counts up forever instead of resetting each round. Drag and drop: reorder exercises by dragging them, replacing the old up and down arrows. Smarter and safer logging: the app checks unusually large weight jumps to catch typos before they become a fake personal record. Suggested weights now appear in grey italics until you make them yours, and phone and Apple Watch always agree on the suggested weight. Personalized volume: sessions now scale to your age and experience from your profile, and first-time users get a guided tour of their first session. Warm up improvements: your warm-up progress is saved if you close the app, and light or bodyweight exercises now explain when no ramp-up sets are needed. Plus: haptic feedback when you complete a set, faster app startup, more reliable community streaks and feeds, and many stability fixes throughout.
