What's New in IronOS
2.2.1
October 23, 2026
What's New - Exercise progress from any workout. Tap an exercise name on a completed workout to see its progress chart and history. It opens on that session, and you can close it and tap the next exercise. - Better history in the logger. An exercise's history in the logger now uses the same chart and records as Progress, covering the last 3 months. - Pull-ups, chin-ups and dips now chart an estimated max that includes your bodyweight. More reps at the same weight now shows as progress, and bodyweight and weighted sessions share one line. - Timed holds like planks and hangs now chart your longest hold. - Clearer RPE colors. On target or half a point over is green, 1 to 1.5 over is amber, and more than that is red. - Simpler form check feedback. Each exercise has one conversation with your coach. - Invite your coach from More › Programming if you don't have one yet. - Birth year now only accepts real years, so your Durability Score is calculated with your actual age. - Small fixes and polish.
