Catastrophique

Le système Irsap ne marche pas, et l’application non plus. Elle plante régulièrement, avec absence d’affichage de température. Ça continue de chauffer même quand on programme plus bas. Et le service téléphonique d’assistance est totalement inefficace. Fuyez!

Sèche serviette

Fonctionne de temps en temps. Il faut très souvent se connecter et fournir email et mot de passe. Une des pires application de domotique.

Cuando se conecta a la wifi es un milagro, y luego va cuando quiere. Debería llevar un botón de analógico al menos ..

Facile e intuitiva

Applicazione ben fatta, grafica semplice e intuitiva, cambia il modo in cui penso al riscaldamento e finalmente non spreco riscaldamento!

Assistenza clienti inconcludente e valvole con anomalie misteriose

Tralascio il fatto che su 7 prodotti 2 li abbiamo dovuti sostituire ( e non è stato agevole neanche questo, giorni e giorni di test prima che si decidessero a sostituire l’hub e la valvola mal funzionante) , ma la cosa grave è che una valvola che per giorni ha funzionato correttamente, senza segnale di errore e senza essere sfiorata ha smesso di funzionare improvvisamente e ha aperto al massimo il radiatore facendo arrivare a più di 30 gradi la stanza: dall’assistenza da un lato dicono che queste anomalie posso capitare, dall’altra dicono che non possono fare nulla, al massimo ci possono indicare un tecnico A PAGAMENTO per verificare l’origine del guasto. Ovviamente l’assistenza non è H24 quindi abbiamo dovuto mettere la valvola manuale per chiudere il termosifone nel fine settimana. Mi domando cosa sarebbe successo se fosse accaduto in nostra assenza. Se ci tenete alla vostra bolletta evitate l’acquisto, il gioco non vale la candela
