Very limited functionality
The app is very basic. You should be able to perform simple tasks like setting the time presets get feedback on current settings. It has less functionality than the included remote
Doesn’t play music from iPhone via BT
Doesn’t play music from iPhone via BT. My last camper had a system that I was able to play music from my iPhone through but all this does is pull up Apple Music (nothing happens) and plays the radio stations. Pointless.

On se croirait revenu en 2000, à l’époque des premières applications… L’interface est peu intuitive, la navigation compliquée, et l’accessibilité laisse franchement à désirer. Très décevant pour une application en 2025. J’espère qu’une mise à jour viendra corriger ces problèmes rapidement.
Does not work with new iPhone
Worked great with iPhone 11, upgraded to iPhone 16 and it wont connect via bluetooth.

Always loses connection
Loses conection frequently and has absolutely no feed back on what you’re doing. No way to contact but snail mail or phone. App never gets updated. They don’t care and neither does forest river/Rockwood
Works as a remote won’t play Bluetooth though.
Sees the iRV stereo but won’t play Bluetooth music just plays out of the iPad.

This app is junk! Absolutely no feedback whatsoever when using app. Bluetooth connection is intermittent at best and when a connection is successful it won’t be long before it’s dropped. Once could stream music to RV system using steaming music app now that no longer works. When you attempt to connect iRV to your RV system via bluetooth the app redirects you to download Apple Music. So much for streaming Siris or Spotify.

Terrible! Needs so much work.
Lags, won’t the respond to third zone. You’re better off walking back inside your camper to control it.
Works BUT…
There is no feedback when you select a mode, so you have to go look at the unit to see which mode is selected. Also, no indication onscreen of the volume level, which station frequency is tuned, etc. Frankly, the only real use is for selecting speaker zones and adjusting the volume (audibly). In short, it is almost useless.

Rarely connects to adjust volume and such. Needs serious updating. Junk app otherwise.

Only works when it feels like it. Often won’t connect and won’t turn the system ON. Terrible app that needs updating badly. (LAST UPDATED 2 YEARS AGO!)
It Could Be Better
It connects to my radio easily enough via Bluetooth but only provides basic controls. It would be very helpful if they would add-in additional controls. Our physical remote died a terrible death beneath the recliner and this app is by no means an adequate replacement.
Please add additional functionality to move around in dvd menus and to control things like subtitles in movies!

Fail user interface
Basic control of the head unit wish I appreciate but you can’t tell when a zone is on/off, zone 3 selection control or even mute.

When I try to connect my I phone it Dosent play anything. No matter what you try trust me you can’t play music off if your phone you can connect it but I won’t play any music.

This app much like the rv system is a piece of crap. The manufacturer should be embarrassed to put their name on such a device. Totally discussed.

Only connection to the stereo?
The stereo Bluetooth will not connect to any phone - but only to this app. In what mind does this seem like a good idea? And the music connection within this app only seems to allow use of Apple Music. Thus, we cannot use Spotify or any other music/ podcast app to stream to the stereo. This is beyond ridiculous in 2021.
But there is hope. It would be easy enough for the authors (also the stereo equipment supplier?) to update the app to allow the music/ streaming source of our choice. Just let us assign an app (Spotify, podcasts, google podcasts) to that button within the settings. This could be addressed in a few hours for one focused on serving the customers.
