About

Ischys is a fast, private workout tracker for lifters. Every set, routine, and personal record lives entirely on your iPhone — no account, no cloud, no tracking. Your training data is yours. BUILT FOR THE GYM • Log sets in seconds — weight, reps, warmup, drop and failure sets • Build routines and start them in one tap, or freestyle an empty session • A rest timer that keeps running when you leave the app — right on your Lock Screen • Auto-fills your last session's weights and reps, so you're not retyping • Personal records tracked automatically: heaviest set, best volume, most reps APPLE WATCH • Start a workout on your phone and it runs on your wrist • Live heart rate and active calories during the session • Log sets, adjust rest, and end the workout from the Watch YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE • 100% on-device — no account to create, nothing uploaded, no analytics • Import your history from other apps (CSV) and export it any time as JSON • Optional Apple Health: save finished workouts and read your heart rate OPEN SOURCE Ischys is open source — see exactly what runs on your device at ischys.app.

Exercise illustrations Movements now show a line drawing that animates through the rep — on the exercise screen, in your workout, in the exercise list, and on the Lock Screen card. Covers the common lifts; the rest still show initials. Bodyweight counts toward your volume Pull-ups, dips and push-ups now add your bodyweight to your total. Set it in Settings or pull it from Apple Health. Your weight is saved with each workout, so changing it later never rewrites past sessions. Set your own weekly goal The workouts target on Home was fixed at 4. It's now yours to choose. Optionally count warmups in volume Off by default. Turn it on in Settings if you want warmup sets included. Apple Watch Finishing a workout from your wrist now works. Logging the last set brings up Finish and Add from iPhone, and the summary fills in properly. Fixes • The rest timer no longer resets when you leave the app mid-rest — it keeps counting, even if the app is closed • Adding a set works on the first tap, and no longer disappears if you add one while resting • Logging your final set now prompts you to finish • Changing an exercise's rest timer is saved, and can be saved back to the routine at the end
