Horrible app!
Freezes up constantly, format totally changes when updating, doesn’t remember new information inputted frequently and refuses to upload new Drivers licenses.

When finishing tickets while away from the office using an apple tablet with mobile roaming data, tickets that are being finished just disappear from system requiring all weights, pricing as well as customer information is needing to be re-entered again when back at office, doubling the workload. Customer service has many needs including representatives that can communicate better, very few IT techs available to assist and seem to know very little about industry or the program they are representing. After 6 months working with this program I see no value if fixes can’t be made.
