Barely works anytime theirs an update takes hours to get back on

When finishing tickets while away from the office using an apple tablet with mobile roaming data, tickets that are being finished just disappear from system requiring all weights, pricing as well as customer information is needing to be re-entered again when back at office, doubling the workload. Customer service has many needs including representatives that can communicate better, very few IT techs available to assist and seem to know very little about industry or the program they are representing. After 6 months working with this program I see no value if fixes can’t be made.

Keeps asking for reviews
The app is great but it asks for a review every morning while I’m checking in the first customer. I already left a review but it keeps asking anyway.
Update: It’s been over 2 years using this. The nagging for a review every morning stopped for a while after I wrote the first review, but recently it started again. 😬

When we open the tablet it says it generates a scrap rate error we have tried to communicate with them and they say we need to update the app but there is no update available hopefully by them saying this with you they will contact us to fix this problem as soon as possible
