Life changing, practice changing
Our clinic just started using IScribe yesterday. I’m already comfortable using the app. It’s very user friendly and building macros was simple. My hours of charting after clinic has been reduced to 15 minutes and I’m thrilled. Traci and Justin from IScribe have helped today with implementation and problem solving and they were both fantastic. I would highly recommend this company.

This app has saved me so much time charting . It overall is accurate and does an excellent job capturing the patient visit. Creating and using my own macros has been easy . Personal, in office technical support with Traci Lemons was so helpful . Definitely recommend .
Time saver
I have been using iScribe for about a year now. A small learning curve to know how best to handle dictating certain imaging/labs so they populate into the note, but quick and easy now. Not every office visit is uniform and straight forward, but I feel as though even with the drawn out appointments AI scribe picks out the pertinent info. I may polish some notes further, but the majority of info is appropriately dictated and done. For using a remote service I have been very pleased with customer service and being able to sift through technical issues, missing notes (albeit rarely), and questions I have extraordinarily promptly. I think the latter would have been a deal breaker for me if it were harder to get access to help. Would recommend, saves time so I can enjoy my family more!

I went from hand held dictation and transcription to iScribe last year. I did the math and it saves me six days of my awake life in hours spent of busy work in the office, repeating history. My notes are more detailed , though not perfect, but even cheaper than what I was paying in human transcription. No going back.

Ok but not great
We have had an issue with the program doubling up our plan with our EMR. We have asked multiple times to try and fix and it has not been addressed. It also doesn’t integrate enough to save clicks ordering imaging or PT

Awesome and timely support
I just want to say thank you for the support team and how they have been so quick and prompt at helping me complete my notes. There are times when the dictation gets stuck and will not appear in my clinical note. I will give the support team the patient information and within 15 minutes, and more often, like 5 minutes, the support team has resolved the issue. I would highly recommend this service. Nice job guys!

Works well
I primarily use this app for the iPad, but recently got the Mac version. Its functionality (aside from the dictation which is not available on the Mac version) is otherwise similar to the tablet and phone app and it works quite well and integrates with our EHR well. Would not count on a reply from tech support though, or that they will listen to your specific problem. Thankfully I was able to figure out my issue on my own eventually.

Inconsistent with misspellings, run-on sentences.
Cannot add punctuation
This app is supposedly AI driven, but cannot figure out how to make a new paragraph or any sort of punctuation inputted by the user
What is this garbage?
As previous reviewer mentioned, you cannot open the app now without getting an upgrade request, which makes the app unusable. What a shame. Otherwise modestly nice app, but unusable in current state
mac os app doesnt work
pop up for upgrading app appears, unable to move forward due to it. seems like devs abandoned this and just want your money
Great addition to EMR
Dictation is very accurate and quick. Better than other systems. I have found it to be most response on the new iPad Pro 12.9 (not sure why that is). Seamless with EMR.
Iscribe win
There were some glitches a year or so ago, but they made changes and it’s nearly perfect, and fast! I use it in Athena, and its instantaneous. And you can’t beat the technical assistance. Those guys/gals are on it, trying their best to make it right and help you stay in the game. I was flipped out during Athena roll out. Thank goodness my Iscribe was there. They couldn’t help me with Athena, but Iscribe was constant, and had their own Athena version.

Save your money
This outfit is I suspect looking to juice their numbers and sell the company. They overpromised and underdelivered. Transcriptions often weren’t completed until the next working day. They sold themselves as being able to enter orders for me on EHR, but if the orders aren’t entered while the patient is in the office then obviously the medical assistant can’t tell the patient during the visit what to expect next as far as the logistics of an upcoming test or treatment. They even proposed charging me for a minimum number of transcriptions per month which would have screwed me during months with vacation. Fortunately we negotiated that out. Transcriptionist was clearly not a native English speaker and required editing—and the performance did not improve over time, probably because my edits were never reviewed.
