Broken app

Completely broken. The app gets stuck on the initial ad and won’t even let me get to the login screen. It’s been like this for at least a month. Reinstalled it hoping for a fix, but no luck. Absolutely unusable

Does the App actually do anything

I recently installed the app and all it does it replay the Retinal Eyes Serum ad. Can I order on the app? Can I look at my points balance on the app? I haven’t been able to, curious why it’s offered to download when all I have seen is this one ad

Enough already

Please stop with all the ads and stories. I love the product but this app is a menace. It won’t let me log out and overrides my other actions. I finally uninstalled it. Will buy products online but will not participate in the app madness Isdin has created

Best sunscreen ever!

I had my first skin cancer removed in 1980, and I have used sunscreen every day since then. ISDIN is by far the best - it’s mineral based and goes on my skin so beautifully! I use the tinted not only on my face but on my neck, arms and legs - every day!!

Site is frustrating

I have been using your products for years. But you have lost $$$ dollars from me because I haven’t been able to complete several orders. Your site continues to be frustrating to use. Just like now. I ordered two products and the system then asked me (in Spanish) if I liked your site! Good thing I speak a little Espanol! I have had to reset my password many times just to place an order. And supposedly I should have accumulated a whole lot of points but have never understood how to use them. Geesh!
