Terrible support for Apple products
If working with a Mac, the necessary file that needs to be downloaded to view the recorded videos cannot download because Apple doesn’t trust site. Got our home system 3 years ago and it still hasn’t been changed. Getting support from this company is impossible. They do not support the end user. To get any supporting documents you have to be a supplier. We put in a new wi-if with a new name and it’s hell trying to get this app updated with new information. We have to pay to get our supplier out to look at it. With all the products for camera security within the last 3 years, it would just be easier to go buy a different system.
