Log in bug

I’ve logged in over the my internet browser, but when I log into the apple app, it just gives me a “log in error”

Installed and uninstalled the app a few times but no solution! I’ve checked and double checked my password and username as well. Too bad I paid for the upgraded service. Cancelled!
