HI becksglam. We respond to every message that comes in and have not received any communication from you prior to this review unfortunately. We did have a brief duplication of notifications server error that was resolved shortly after it was discovered. To test the freeze issue, we assumed your credentials and tested on iPhone and Android. Everything worked properly. That means the freeze is related to your device and it may just need a simple update or two to fix. Please contact us ASAP so we can get more information about your operating system, versions, etc. To reach us via the app, go to your profile and in the menu directly below is Live Chat Support or you can email support@sourceandcast.com. lllllllnbf, we're sorry for your negative experience with our app. It sounds like the page maybe frozen or perhaps not set to standard size and cut off. Have you tried updating your device, browser or logging in via the web portal on sourceandcast.com? At the bottom of the Premium and Standard boxes with descriptions there is a blue 'Go Premium' button and a black 'Remain Standard' button. Once you click on your chosen plan you'll be directed to checkout (Premium) or roles (Standard). If you continue to have any issues, please feel free to email our support team.

Wesbent we understand your frustration with the lack of casting notices you've experienced. Without knowing your location, which is essential, along with meeting other role demographics requested by Casting, we are unable to address the volume of production, roles and Casting Directors in your region. However we must correct you in that it is always free to sign up and submit with Source & Cast if you go with our Standard Plan. If you opted for our Premium offering and are displeased with the lack of casting opportunities in your area, we suggest you switch and keep an eye out for more roles in the future. The ebb and flow of film/tv production is unpredictable. We wish you luck and more work.
