It’s Frozen, No one to help‼️

I depend on this for work (duh) I’m sure it’s on the servers end, one notification turns into ten. When I submit it takes me thru then freezes at my pictures every-time. I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME‼️‼️

Annoyed at this point

My free trial ended and for MONTHS it will not exit out of the “Premium or Standard Choice is yours” screen. Won’t scroll down, won’t let me select anything, won’t let me back out. Seriously a waste and not worth installing if it isnt fixed

BUGS!

Please fix the bugs! Cant get past the Premium or Standard Choice page. Literally won’t let me scroll down or close out of the screen. I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled it.

Thank you for your feedback. The screen you are speaking to does not need to be scrolled, it presents as two tabs defaulted with the 'Premium' option. If you tap on the 'Standard (Free)' tab it will switch with an action button for you to continue. If you continue to have any issues, please feel free to email our support team at support@sourceandcast.com

Been a decent app but now nothing but a black screen- PLEASE FIX

App has been decent for submitting to roles but today only get a black screen and not able to access anything. PLEASE FIX! Time is of the essence when submitting for casting calls!
