Edit Guests option in iPhone Not Working

Many thanks for creating this app. May Krishna bless you for this service of yours.
I am an iPhone user and having two issues with this App.
1. After installing, the App doesn’t ask me to enter my name. It only asks for Mobile Number. So, whenever I visit Temple, I have to tell my Mobile Number at the gate, but all other devotees mention their name.
2. After booking a slot for myself, whenever I try adding our daughter’s name using “Edit Guests” option, the screen goes Blank White. I don’t have “Back” button on the phone. So, I need to uninstall the App and reinstall it again.
It would be great if you can address the above issues.
