I have been playing this game for more than six years. For the most part it’s been a fun experience until lately. I had bought two “friend passes“ and both times I did not receive items from the purchased pass (universal shards). The first time they rectified it and gave me spins to make up for the glitch in their system, but the second time they did not give me the spins or the gems that I had earned if I had gotten the missing universal pieces. Instead, they told me I had to wait till the next friend pass and they would grant me the universal shards. this is not a good way to do business. They did not wait to take my money, but I have to wait to get prizes that I already paid for. I explained this to their customer service that this is not right I shouldn’t have to wait but at the time of writing this review, I have yet to receive what is owed to me. Do better, Island King.

After seven years of playing
I have played this game for a long time and I just really want people to be warned unless you have the money to play it and buy all their passes. You need to not play because it is red. Don’t let them fool you
