So the app still works but not sure about it because the card is discontinued, would be nice to use it as a small savings.

So much problems trying to create the account, not letting me create it and after trying it’s saying that user is inactive.

Good customer service, I submitted my documents and they weren’t accepted, but their customer service called me and gave a through explanation as to why the documents didn’t go through, which I appreciated.
Like the new design
I’ll increase it by one star, here’s another thing I’d recommend. Please let us add our card to our apple wallets so that if we forget it at home we can use it especially when traveling to places like the US.
Add cash from card or bank account
This app needs the ability to load cash from card or a bank account. It would make this platform truly digital. Doesn’t make sense to use this app if I have to withdraw cash from the bank atm, go a island pay kiosk and then deposit money on this app.
