Unable to sign up
Just bought a iSmartgate new camera. I’m not even even able to sign up. When I enter my e-mail ID and password and hot Sign Up, it keeps saying network error. There is nothing wrong with my network.
Waste of time and money!!!

The app is not good at all. Hard to setup cam and when it finally is setup it won’t stay connected. Don’t waste your time or money on this device!

Waste of time.
No support. No help. No customer service. I have a camera shaped paperweight that refuses to connect to anything. It’s like they cried uncle to Google home cameras.
Possibly the worst camera software ever made
It’s a 0 star. The camera app is built as if it was a project for a first time app creator, a high school student could probably do better. Unintuitive, utterly useless by standards set by anyone expecting this to actually record or be able to play back. It gobbles up space on a high end micro SD card, sends alerts when it sees motion, yet again denied any playback whatsoever. The motion alerts are pointless. You can touch the alert and changes color, that’s all, just color. You can delete them if you like, pointless act of hope really, keep thinkijg well maybe they just severely broke it with an update and it needs an update that will fix it. No, this is it, that’s the way it is. Not sure what the standards were for it. Perhaps to make you feel dreadfully uneasy about the ismartgate altogether. Maybe the same outsourced hack who programmed it is a whiff of the overall cyber security posture on the gate system itself. If so this product will probably turn into a bot net and before long become another victim on the CVE top 10. Stay away from ismartgate. Consider yourself warned.
