Pathetic app full of bugs
I dont know why our society uses this app.
WORST APP EVER
This is the worst app ever. If you enter correct user and password, it does not login and comes back to same login screen. If you login by OTP, it immediately moves from setting new password screen and comes back to login. Finally, there is no way to login. Definitely, some stupid developer has developed the login mechanism that doesn’t work!

Energy Consumption
Energy consumption in Jaypee Kosmos Tower 16 -905 is not updating in the app. Number of complaints lodged with Jaypee FMG department but no resolution till date. They will send daily messages of outstanding balance. First thing in the morning you receive this unwarranted message. Should be sent in the end of the month or on overdue only. Very badly managed.

Sloppy App!
App keep logging out after every session prompting to relogin. Also even after enabling notifications nothing is triggered.
Never faced this issue in Mygate which has far better integration ever since first installation.

Bad Payment Gateway - Paytm
Pls get your payment gateway changed as Paytm is not allowing to make UPI payment !

Useful App for Visitor, comlaint management
Raising the complaint is very convenient as i dont need to talk on phone to maintenance people and explain, followup on them which is irritating at times. Raising the complaint with 2-3 clicks is so convenient.

Does not Update Data |Poor Support | No updates
Where should I start. It started out well for few days when i moved into new society got credentials to the app.. after few days issues started. Iam unable to sign in to my account using website and while app allows me to sign in they payment balance does not reflect even when I have recharged my electricity account. All I receive are society notifications. I tried contacting support but no response. Worst support ever. I currently have no idea on my bill or anything.
