Stupid and not user friendly design
Information content is ok but the log in part i give 0 marks. I just deleted this app ‘cos can’t log in and no other choice for user to make. Yesterday was ok login but today tried thousands times still can’t. When choose problem login, show a stupid web page where i try login thru it but when i want to key name the keypad is appear half where the other half and delete key not shown and it is a locked page even you turn the phone around, the page stay still with half keypad you can’t do any thing else except exit by pressing ‘home’ button to exit!

Outdated UI and buggy.
Rakuten seriously needs to rework their app. Date UI. Blank error messages. No way of validating or testing MFA. It’s appalling as a long term customer that this app remains the same with no major improvement. The entire MFA deployment appears rushed without a simple approach to activate it from the app, like all contemporary apps in the market. Very disappointed as a customer.

Dated UI. Bugs.
As of late, I’ve been getting many error messages saying that “something is wrong, please try again later”, or worse, error pop-ups with no text at all. UI hasn’t changed since I started using it 4 years ago, and then it already looked as if it was from the iPhone 4 era. Given that competition also offers fractional shares, have a much better interface and doesn’t crash and load slowly, it baffles me how poorly maintained this mobile app is.

5 years after my last review - app stopped working totally. It’s a shame it still isn’t optimised to newer iPhones and still doesn’t support face ID
Can’t login
The interface itself is extremely outdated which I don’t even mind. The problem i have is not being able to login on a frequent basis. The screen just seems stuck whenever i tried logging in. Never have this problem with other platform before. Will close my account soon unless this is fixed ASAP

Always in maintain, if when we are ready be decision to sell stock,just break with your maintain or upgrade,how did you pay for it ??
Portfolio view worse than it used to be
Now i can’t even view live prices and the unrealised gain/loss in a single screen. This is a downgrade from previous versions. Please fix and imagine what investors need to view to make decisions.
App ask me to update but there’s nothing here
What’s going on? Always system maintenance but nothing has ever improved. iSpeed asked to update but nothing shows here as available to update. This is the worst app ever hands down

Open App and askar to update, after update press open, still ask to update, thus go into dear loop, can’t use at all
Useful for Beginner Traders
Its very simple & useful apps for beginner traders like me to use. Some may say its outdated but I find its very easy and simple to buy and sell the shares. Some others trading apps is loaded with unnecessary content or perks which not suitable for beginner traders.
System is not available
Been using this for almost 5 years now. No improvement to the app. Login issues, system not available, system down….lousy interface and slow email response.
App works but needs a refresh
I’m starting to wonder if there are ever any plans to revamp the mobile app. The app is so dated, its UI and UX feel 20 years old, and it still does not support the taller display ratio introduced since iPhone X (meaning ugly black borders top and bottom), and no Face ID support. Japanese tech corporates really need to pick up their slack and innovate.

Terrible app is just the surface
It’s app is terrible. Everyone knows that. But not being able to close a position when all my other brokerages can, is dangerous. I’m only holding one position and once I can close that position, I’m deleting this app and company. Also you won’t get any support if there are problems. They just ignore your emails

UI
Please update UI for IPhone.
App needs a refresh
With more competition coming in do Update your app. The UI is so old. Not even basic charting features. We know it works but it feels bad. Will be moving to moomoo as soon as I take profit.
Scam service
My trading account already suspended due to not active within 36 months but it still allow me to transfer money to the account. In order to reactivate I need to pay RM5, to withdraw all the money, need at least RM10 remain in the account. No matter how this platform will try to scam your money before you earn.

CANNOT LOGIN AT ALL AS 1.07.2024
I’m can’t trading whole day as I was work and dun have laptop to trade . I cannot login after key in all details just stuck at the screen
